CONTROVAL is a specialist in the manufacture of Launcher & Receiver pig traps, either as skid mounted package or just the Launcher & Receiver trap pressure vessels, whatever the customer’s requirement.
The pig traps are used in the daily operation of the pipelines as well as in their construction, for cleaning to increase the efficiency of the duct, fracture inspection, internal diameter measurement, corrosion problems, separation of products in the pipeline, removal of water in the ducts after the hydrostatic test.
This CONTROVAL packages system consists of a mayor/minor barrel, eccentric reducer, quick-opening closure, valves, pressure gauges, tees and barred tee, structural baseplate, drainage piping and interconnecting piping. Trolley system for handling the cleaning device is optional.
